IQ wireless GmbH

N.P.C. New Production Concept S.r.l is a dynamic Italian company operating in the field of nanosatellites through its business unit Spacemind. 

The main currently available subsystem is ARTICA (aerodynamic reentry technology in CubeSat application) a compact deorbiting system compatible with the CubeSat class of spacecrafts. ARTICA consists in an autonomous device that can be easily integrated on one end of the satellite: upon the completion of a pre-established count the system automatically deploys a deorbiting sail (>2 m2 area) that dramatically decreases time spent in orbit at EOL. There are two ongoing CubeSat missions involving the use of ARTICA. 

NPC is currently developing new subsystems to expand its range of products. Furthermore it can offer a whole range of engineering services and technical support during all phases of a nanosatellite mission.

XCAM

XCAM are a supplier of specialist digital cameras for science experiments and for space applications. VORAGO Technologies

VORAGO Technologies is a privately held fabless semiconductor company based out of Austin, Texas. VORAGO created HARDSIL technology to cost-effectively harden CMOS semiconductors against the effects of extreme temperature and radiation and have created a portfolio of SRAM and microcontroller ICs for use in extreme environments such as space.

Because it is possible to create radiation-hardened ICs more inexpensively using HARDSIL than conventional techniques, the VORAGO VA10820 MCU was adopted by CubeSat electronics designers as an affordable way to implement a rad-hard solution with a limited CubeSat budget. VORAGO also created a reference design (the ‘RH-OBC-1’) to make it easy to design the IC onto the PCB and integrate the software. 

SatRevolution S.A.

SatRevolution is a Polish manufacturer capable of designing, manufacturing, integrating and testing of CubeSats for the academic, government and commercial market. In addition to precise positioning, size and weight are critical. Micromotion micro drive technologies are designed to overcome these problems. They can be integrated in the smallest of spaces and allow a more precise, higher resolution, positioning behavior to be achieved in the sub-micrometre range. Typical applications involve the positioning and alignment of sensors with nanometre precision or the precise adjustment of optical components.

Argotec

Argotec is an aerospace engineering company based in Maryland and Italy whose activities concern the production of small satellite for deep space and the development of innovative solutions to support the astronauts’ comfort. Thanks to Argotec’s facilities and know-how, the company activities follow the “all in-house concept” includes design, development, integration, qualification and operation services. Minco Products, Inc.

Founded in 1964, Minco Products, Inc. has manufactured space-rated flexible heaters for dozens of space programs around the world. Minco heaters first rode to space as part of the Voyager program, continuing through to the International Space Station, where our components are part of the station’s CO2 scrubber.
