Where we are
Workshops allow CubeSat developers to come together to share ideas and their own personal experiences in developing picosatellites. Other topics that are covered relate to the status and availability of launch vehicles, new technology, increasing community communication, etc... The workshops are very successful and provide valuable insight to new and old participants of the CubeSat Community.
If you would like to receive information regarding upcoming CubeSat Workshops please sign up for the mailing list located here.
The workshop archive contains presentation PDF's and some video where available for Cal Poly-run workshops.

Amateur Radio and the CUBESAT IRC
The CubeSat program has involved amateur radio from day one and its success lies not only in the hands of the developers and students, but everyone involved in tracking these spacecraft. A worldwide network of earth stations and CubeSat developers creates a close community with experience which will undoubtedly result in more advanced and efficient satellites.
The CubeSat IRC channel is the place to be on launch day. Typically, amateur radio operators and developers from around the globe will collaborate their tracking efforts here and share tips and discoveries as new satellites are heard for the first time.
